I decided to take it to the roots of animation and bring back a little bit of toontown. I used to watch cartoons like Popeye, Woody Woodpecker, and Looney Tunes (including the VERY old Looney Toons). This is my pseudo modern take on it. I suppose this guy’s name is Dapper Dan.
